02 Nov Reidman Premiere’s his One Man Show in London
Written and performed by Neil Reidman (Doctor Who, EastEnders, Detectorists), Without is a powerful and deeply personal story that spans generations — from the Windrush era to the present day.
Told with warmth, humour, and raw honesty, the play follows one man’s journey from boyhood to fatherhood, exploring loss, resilience, and identity. Through moments of laughter and reflection, Without paints a vivid portrait of growing up without a father — and later, learning what it means to become one.
Neil’s performance in Without earned him a nomination for Best Male Lead Actor in a Play at the British Black Theatre Awards 2024, following its celebrated run at The Omnibus Theatre Courtyard Theatre.
“Reidman’s performance was a masterpiece in acting”

Audiences last saw Neil in the sold-out musical drama Our Little Hour – The Walter Tull Story at South Street Theatre, and Without continues to affirm his reputation as one of the most compelling storytellers on stage today.
